Client Challenge and Needs
Nowpay is a highly innovative fintech solution offering employees salary advances with zero cost on the employer.
Nowpay needed to reach out to decision makers in such a market who are usually the benefits and HR teams of large scale employers with over 500 employees.
A major pain was not just to reach such a target market but to be able to digitally grab their attention, engage and educate them on the solution while positioning the relatively new brand as a well trusted credible entity.
Our Approach
- We developed for the client a prospecting strategy using LinkedIn outreach, this involved connecting with the decision makers organically on LinkedIn and then messaging and emailing them with high converting lead magnets.
- We developed a series on webinars dubbed “HR Masterclass Series” geared towards prospecting HR professionals on paid social to generate HR leads and build relationships with
- We create a number of explainer videos creating deeper awareness on the solution and answering the common questions.
- We crafted a series of Email sequences and automation for further lead nurturing and education
- We created an omnipresence strategy with authority content driving consideration and persuasion on multiple platforms with high frequency remarketing.
- We designed and developed a high converting sales page for bottom of the funnel appointments and call back leads.
